Q. Are you happy with your progress so far?
"Of course, I lost a lot of weight and now I can reused some old clothes, so I'm very happy it's the right way to my goal.

It was "hard" at the beginning to track the food because it took a lot of time and it was not usual for me. But now it's ok.
When I have a question you answer me very quickly.
To workout 3 times per week is good and daily walking is very good even if sometimes I'm tired at the beginning after some steps it's always nice. The better thing is the nutrition because for me I'm not on a diet, I just need to be careful so I'm not frustrated, if I want to eat something I can eat it. And it's working so I'm very happy.
I always talk about you when somebody wants to know how I lose my weight and if they want to do the same thing I recommend you 100%.
I'm really happy to workout with you. It's work and I don't feel like I'm on a diet so it's will be easier to do it long time."

Q. Are you happy with your progress?
"I was very happy with my progress. I felt very motivated and determined to reach my goal.
I was happy with how we tracked progress. You touching base regularly helped a lot to keep me focused and on track and u you were alway positive . Logging calories and monitoring weight loss was great. It’s unfortunate that we don’t live in the same city! I would have loved to attended your PT classes."
Q. Are you happy with the support you got from me?
"Very! You take the time to create me exercise plans tailored to my needs/goals and home work outs . Again you were always so positive and encouraging. I like the way u encourage healthy living with a balanced diet which includes allowing ourselves eat the treats or things we love .. no bad food .. it’s all food and we can control what we eat as well as making sure to include all things Devine !"
Q. Do you feel you achieved the goals you set out at the beginning of the 12 weeks?
"Yes absolutely, I achieved my goal and beyond. Was there any exercises/exercise programming you really enjoyed/disliked? When there were exercises I found very challenging to do physically you suggested other options to me which was great! Enjoyed the plans very much. All challenging in the right way."
"I can tend to be an all or nothing kind of person which isn’t very good at times when trying to be careful or counting calories to manage weight loss .. I would like to work on changing that way of thinking/feeling. When I’m ‘all in’ I’m happy with training nutrition . I need to learn how to not be ‘all out’."
Q. Is there anything you would change re coaching, training, my approach, etc?
"Maybe a stick to poke me into action when I’m being lazy ! Lol no not at all your approach is great and your own passion for the job, to help people achieve their goals shines through."

“I can definitely see and feel a difference :).
You can’t see it in the pics but the big thing I notice is my legs. They are way stronger now and also actually yesterday I could do like 4 x 15 reps of push ups (I struggled prior to do like 5 :).
So definitely small improvements :)”.
