12 Week Online Training
The 12 week programme is all about making small changes over time and creating habits that will lead you to life long changes. Never underestimate the power of little changes over time.
There is no limit as to how long we work together but I believe you will need at least 12 weeks to get started and start to see the benefits of these small changes.
You will be working directly with me. My aim is to help you to achieve YOUR ideal body physically and sustainably. The changes we make will not only be for a 12 week period but for life that is why I highlight sustainability. We will work on your nutrition as well as your exercise and training as the two very much go hand in hand.
Let's be honest, almost everyone has some form of aesthetic goals so we will work towards that but I'd like you to also consider functionality and strength and other less "sexy" goals! Trust me these are the ones that will keep you going ;) It's great to look good feeling good is even better IMO.
So, let's get fitter, stronger and happier.
What you get:
- A personalised training program which can be amended at any point during the 12 weeks if it is too overwhelming or on the other hand not challenging enough.
- Nutritional help with calorie targets and macronutrient targets as well as how to approach these targets.
- You will learn why certain macronutrients are beneficial and how important it is to fuel your body to reach your goals.
- Recipe ideas and suggestions as well as a list of high protein foods should you need help hitting these targets.
- How to choose the right equipment, weight and training to reach your goals.
- You will need to fill in a very short form at the end of every day - it takes less than 1 minute.
- Accountability from me to keep you on track.

Weekly live zoom workouts
- A mat
- Some form of weight: dumbbell, kettlebell, heavy bottle of water.
- Resistance band: both long and short. If buying for the first time I recommend the fabric ones in short and the elastic type for the long.
- Chair or bench or couch, something elevated.
- Glass of water
- and a good attitude 😁
Each exercise can be adjusted to level or equipment available so don't worry.
