Weekly Live Zoom Workout

My name is Alex Murphy and I will be your coach and trainer. My goal is to help you learn as much as possible so that you can feel strong, knowledgable and prepared to achieve all your fitness and nutrition goals. The fitness world is full of money hungry scams so I want to help you navigate around that. Whatever your goals is (losing fat, maintaining a healthy balance and/or gaining muscle) I will help you get there.
